One of the things I'm asked is how long the inspection will take.  There are a few different factors that can determine how long a home inspection will take such as the size of the home, the age of the home and its condition.  On average, most home inspections take between 2 to 4 hours, but can sometimes be longer.  As a thorough home inspector I won't rush and run the risk of missing something important.

Prices for a home inspection start at $250 but your home's size, age, and condition are all factors of your final cost.  Call, text, or e-mail me for a quote.
