Why have a Home Inspection?
A home inspection gives you peace of mind when purchasing your home. When I come in and examine your home, I’ll be looking for any issues inside and outside that could cause potential problems for you in the future.
I also inspect new construction homes. I know that the mindset is that if I buy a new construction home that there will not be any problems. Well, you would be surprised to find even new homes have defects that go unnoticed and I can find them. I always inspect each area of the home to ensure that the issues I find can be corrected before you buy.
If you're selling your home, a pre-listing inspection can detect problem areas that you may be unaware of that may keep buyers from purchasing your home. Have an inspection and list your home as Move-In Certified. This informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.
My company does commercial real estate and investment properties. My experience in the commercial industry during all phases of construction will allow me to spot the defects that may be hiding.
