My name is Donald Singletary. I have a combined 30 years of experience in all areas of home construction. I have many years of training in home inspections and apply that knowledge, as well as hands on experience, to every job I do. I am trustworthy, dependable, and reasonable. Family is important to me and I'll do my best to make sure you have the peace of mind when purchasing a home for your family.
Why have a Home Inspection?
A home inspection gives you peace of mind when purchasing your home. When I come in and examine your home, I’ll be looking for any issues inside and outside that could cause potential problems for you in the future. ​

I also inspect new construction homes. I know that the mindset is that if I buy a new construction home that there will not be any problems. Well, you would be surprised to find even new homes have defects that go unnoticed and I can find them. I always inspect each area of the home to ensure that the issues I find can be corrected before you buy.
If you're selling your home, a pre-listing inspection can detect problem areas that you may be unaware of that may keep buyers from purchasing your home. Have an inspection and list your home as Move-In Certified. This informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.
